Mathilde Gremaud, Olympic Slopestyle Vice-Champion, World Vice-Champion, and X-Games Medalist, is young, gifted, and comfortable in competitions.

In this interview, Mathilde discusses how she prepares for a competition, how she chooses and learns her tricks, and she shares the benefits video brings to her sport.

“After a fall, if I don’t feel confident, I’ll go watch the video to see the error I made and understand what to correct. So, I see the mistake, I forget it, and focus on what to do right”.

“When you watch videos from other competitors, with new tricks, you’re like “wow my god, she did a new trick! I also want to do it a new one”- That’s motivating”.
