Gymnastics Australia has been utilizing Dartfish for the past 6 years as a way of working and educating their high-performance coaches, judges and athletes.
Known as GATV, Gymnastics Australia initially began using the Dartfish platform to host the National Coach Accreditation courses with over 2,500 clips of skills and progressions to enhance coach development. Soon after, the GATV commenced hosting national webinars and workshops, recording and sharing these with their coaches and judges community due to the popularity of the platform and its ease of use.
In 2018, they further expanded GATV and commenced a program with our national team of coaches and athletes, to enable the tracking of performance routines for the last three years. The program allowed them to monitor, analyze, and share skills of their national team and develop their athletes.
Further use of GATV has included conducting virtual ‘testing’ and assessment activities in the daily training environments with their athletes and even utilizing their licenses and uploading system in GATV to select a team to represent Australia earlier this year.
